Shipping and Returns
Goods will generally be despatched within three working days of receipt of the order. Should there be a requirement for urgent delivery - please advise us by email so that we may prioritise the order.
UK delivery - will be by Royal Mail packet service or equivalent. There will be a flat rate charge of £2.99 per order (not per item). Should urgent delivery be required - an additional charge for delivery may well be incurred.
Overseas delivery - will be by Royal Mail airmail or Royal Mail “International Signed for Service”. Delivery within Europe will cost £5.99 & delivery outside Europe £11.99
Cancellation of order can be made at any time between placing the order and our despatch of the goods - a full refund will be given.
Unwanted goods - can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt and a full refund for each item will be given. Should you wish to return goods please contact us by email for further instructions. The goods must be returned to us in their original packaging, in a resaleable condition and adequately protected for the return journey. A “signed for” postage service must be used and the customer shall be liable for all costs.
Faulty goods - We inspect all goods prior to despatch, however in the unlikely event that you receive damaged or faulty goods, we require notification by email within 7 days of receipt. In this event we shall offer a replacement item, posted at our own expense and shall reimburse you the cost of returning the faulty goods.
Any of the above returns/cancellation policies do not affect your statutory rights in any way.
